This is what I believe

That GOD made man in his Image With freedom of Choice.
And that man (in the form of Adam) chose to rebel against GOD.
Thus bringing this world under Satan’s authority
GOD because of his everlasting love for mankind
Became man through the virgin birth in the form of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ (as man) died a substitutionary death for mankind
Paying for Adams sin with Jesus’(Jesus as man)death.
Jesus rose from Hades (Hell) on the third day.(as foretold in Scripture)
Because of this payment Mankind can have a relationship with GOD
by placing their belief and faith in Jesus Christ. John 3:16

Romans 10:17 "Faith comes by studying the word of God" (The Bible)

The Ten Commandments

When I went to find on the internet
something as simple as the 10 Commandments
I was amazed at how many people do not understand
and instead try to create their human version

after net surfing I finally found this site http://mtsinai.com/
I thank them for the use of some of its material

Nine of the Ten Commandments are taught in principle in the New Testament.
We obey them, not because they were a part of the Old Law,
but because they are in the Law of Christ (the New Covenant). See
1 Corinthians 9:21 (English-NIV)
To those not having the law I became like one not having the law
(though I am not free from God's law but am under Christ's law),
so as to win those not having the law..

The Ten Commandments

(with expanded comments by Martin Luther, 1529)

I. I Am The Lord Thy God; Thou Shalt have no other gods Before Me.
We should fear, love, and trust in God above all things.
II. Thou Shalt Not Take The Name Of The Lord, Thy God, In Vain.
We should fear and love God that we may not curse, swear, use witchcraft, lie, or deceive by his name, but call upon
it in every trouble, pray, praise, and give thanks.
III. Remember The Sabbath Day, to Keep it Holy.
We should fear and love God that we may not despise preaching and His Word, but hold it sacred and gladly hear
and learn it.
IV. Thou shalt honor thy Father And Thy Mother, that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the
earth.
We should fear and love God that we may not despise our parents and masters, nor provoke them to anger, but give
them honor, serve and obey them, and hold them in love and esteem.
V. Thou Shalt Not Kill.
We should fear and love God that we many not hurt nor harm our neighbor in his body, but help and befreind him in
every bodily need.
VI. Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery.
We should fear and love God that we may lead a chaste and decent life in word and deed, and each love and honor
his spouse.
VII. Thou Shalt Not Steal.
We should fear and love God that we may not take our neighbor's money or goods, nor get them by flase ware or
dealing, but help him to improve and protect his property and business.
VIII. Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbor.
We should fear and love God that we may not deceitfully belie, betray, slander, nor defame our neighbor, but defend
him, speak well of him, and put the best construction on everything.
IX Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbor's House.
We should fear and love God that we may not craftily seek to get our neighbor's inheritance or house, nor obtain it
by a show of right, but help and be of service to him in keeping it.
X. Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbor's Wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his cattle, nor
anything that is thy neighbor's..
We should fear and love God that we may not estrange, force, or entice away from our neighbor his wife, servants,
or cattle, but urge them to stay and do their duty.

Fight the good fight of the faith;
take hold of the eternal life to which you were called
when you made the good
confession in the presence of
many witnesses.
