This is a photo of our birds on the turn up line of hangar LP-2.
I worked at AOMD at NAS Norfolk VA 1969-71.
We had 3 C-117s in our inventory. Got some flight time in them.
I was an AMH in the airframes shop.
I can remember jacking them up by hand to work on the landing gear, etc.
